Grupo Rio San Juan

Building Sustainable Developments

Grupo Rio San Juan
Grupo Rio San Juan was founded in 1958 in the City of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
The company has grown continuously for more than five decades pioneering the industrial development venture in the State of Tamaulipas. Del Norte Industrial Park, (783 acres) and Villa Florida Industrial Park (660 acres), both located in Reynosa, have received international recognition for excellence and have played a leading role in the growth along the US/Mexico border.

Grupo Río San Juan’s clients have contributed to the explosive growth of the region by creating mass quantities of jobs. Equally important are the skill levels, quality standards, and productive environments that they have fostered with Tamaulipas workforce.

Grupo Río San Juan’s industrial parks are strategically located for the manufacture and distribution of products anywhere in the world. Additionally, quality infrastructure and a skilled workforce have attracted world class companies of diverse origins and manufacturing requirements to establish operations in these developments such as Motorola, Nokia, Corning Cable Systems, Delphi, Stanley Black & Decker, BSN Medical, Emerson and TRW to name a few.

Villa Florida and Del Norte industrial parks have a close proximity to the Hidalgo and Pharr International Bridges (7 and 14 miles respectively). Both of the industrial park developments have immediate access to the Anzalduas International Bridge. This state-of-the-art international crossing is designed to be the most efficient distribution route through the US/Mexico border, and the shortest route between the Monterrey toll highway and the future US I-69 Interstate Highway, both of which connect with primary distribution arteries in their respective countries and Canada.

In addition, Grupo Río San Juan offers an extensive area of available industrial green sites, residential developments and prime commercial sectors in the state of Tamaulipas. Its construction division, Constructora Rio San Juan has the experience in design, engineering and construction of many of facilities located in Villa Florida and Del Norte Industrial Parks, among others.
